Thermoweb Opal Deco Foil two ways

Using Blanco transfer gel over ink blending

My first card I ink blended the entire background using Taylored Expressions Strawberry Milkshake, Sprinkles and Potato Chip inks.

then I used Blanco transfer gel and the TE bunny stencil. I carefully removed the stencil and immediately washed it with warm soapy water. Then set the panel aside to dry.

once dry I heated up my laminator and used the Opal foil. Because I used Blanco gel the bunnies are opalescent white. If I would have used the Thermoweb Duo they would have been opalescent but the ink blending would show through. My next card will show that look.

Opal foil using Duo transfer gel

For this card I started ink blending through the stencil leaving the background white. I used the same ink colors as the first card. next I wiped the stencil clean with a microfiber cloth while it was still on my card panel. Then I used Thermoweb Duo transfer gel and applied it through the stencil over my ink blended bunnies. Again I carefully removed the stencil and washed it immediately and set the panel off to dry.

Once dry I heated up my laminator and used the Opal Foil. This time the bunnies are colorful and opalescent. This Thermoweb Opal foil is so beautiful and perfect for all your Spring projects. Thank you for stopping❤️

Thermoweb Embossed Flock and Toner Card Fronts

I started by die cutting white flock twice with a die from The Greetery. Then I die cut heavy weight card stock with the same die and adhered it to the flock using Thermoweb tear tape. Next I placed it in a Spellbinders 3D basket weave embossing folder and ran it through my Big Shot. Embossed Flock is gorgeous I’m definitely adding the pastel colors to my next order.

I used the adorable Easter egg toner sheet from the limited edition basket of fun collection. I used Gina K Design Glistening Gold foil and ran it through my laminator. Next I used a turquoise and pink Zig Real Brush marker scribbled the colors on a large stamp block added water and dipped the foiled card front into the ink. I did it a couple of times drying in between to get a “dipped painted” egg look. I layer my Embossed flock over the foiled card front and added a sentiment from Taylored Expressions.

Thermoweb Opal Foil with Ink Blending

Taylored Expressions Blooming Beautiful Stencil

I started by ink blending Taylored Expressions ink in the colors Sprinkles, Strawberry Milkshake and Potato Chip through the stencil. Then I wiped the stencil clean and applied Thermoweb Duo Transfer Gel over the top. I removed the stencil and let it dry. The Duo Gel dries transparent. Then I used the Opal Foil and ran it through my laminator. The Opal foil is semi transparent and has a gorgeous opalescent shine. The result is a Opal shine that lets the ink blending show through. I simply added a sentiment from the New TE Easter release and then added an action wobble spring to the circle die cut for a fun little “springy” surprise.

I hope you like the card it’s so shiny and I love how the soft ink blending shows through. I’ll be sharing more fun Spring and Easter Thermoweb projects. If you don’t want to miss it sign up to be notified to see new projects. Thank you so much!

Thermoweb Basket of Fun Clear Toner Sheets

I foiled both toner sheets through the laminator and then used foam tape to add a little dimension between the layers. The frame die is by Hero Arts.
The cute bunny peeps and sentiments are from Taylored Expressions.

I tried to keep it simple to really let the toner fronts shine.

Basket of Fun Bunny Clear Toner Sheet.

My Second card features the Bunny Clear Toner sheet also using Shattered Glass Foil. I created the background using distress oxide colors Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Picked Raspberry I distressed it with water and shimmer sprays to give it a soft pastel look. Then I used the Unity Stamp Company Love Letters background stamp with Peacock Feathers ink.
next I layered a few frames to create a pocket and added glitter and tiny clears beads to make a shaker element. I finished it with a sweet sentiment from. Unity KOM from my stash.

I love how versatile the clear toner card fronts are and how you can achieve both bold and soft card designs. I’m waiting for the Brutus Monroe Marble toner front to come back in stock they would be amazing layered over the Easter Egg Clear Toner Sheets. I hope you liked my cards today, thanks so much for stopping by❤️

Thermoweb DuoTransfer Gel and A Colorful Life Designs Stencils

My second card uses all the same ink and stencils, following all the steps from card one. I used Silver Shattered Glass foil, the sparkle is gorgeous definitely one of my favorite Thermoweb foils. Then I simply stamped a sentiment again from Unity Stamp Company, die cut it with a stitched rectangle and then popped it over a strip of glitter cardstock and finished with more Taylored Expressions dew drops.

I’m working on building my birthday card stash. These cards were super easy to do. Hope you like them, thanks for stopping by.

Thermoweb bonus card spring bunnies

I was able to create this super easy foiled card using the negative piece of foil from a toner card front. I used E6000 spray adhesive on Neenah 110# solar white cardstock and then pressed and smoothed out the foil once dry I die cut the panel and added it to a card front. I created the teal foil bunny from an svg file and cut it out of a Thermoweb toner sheet. I used teal foil and my laminator and simply added it to the die cut egg. I ALWAYS save all my negative foil pieces to use for more cards.
