Thermoweb DuoTransfer Gel and A Colorful Life Designs Stencils
For my first card I used I started by ink blending panels of Bristol smooth cardstock and distress oxide inks Peacock Feather and Cracked Pistachio I sprayed water over the panel to add texture and water droplets. Once dry I used A Colorful Life Designs Delicate Doily stencil and Thermoweb transfer gel. Next I heated up my laminator and used Lily Pad foil over the transfer gel and ran it through the laminator. I love the iridescent shine of these fairy tale foils. Then I simply added some Hero Arts Butterflies, a Unity Stamp Company sentiment and some Taylored Expressions Dew Drops. I opted not to color the images to really let the foil and background be the star of the show.My second card uses all the same ink and stencils, following all the steps from card one. I used Silver Shattered Glass foil, the sparkle is gorgeous definitely one of my favorite Thermoweb foils. Then I simply stamped a sentiment again from Unity Stamp Company, die cut it with a stitched rectangle and then popped it over a strip of glitter cardstock and finished with more Taylored Expressions dew drops.here’s a close up
I’m working on building my birthday card stash. These cards were super easy to do. Hope you like them, thanks for stopping by.
